Mushroom Soup
ingredients:

1 C Sweet Runners
3 C Mushrooms, sliced then sauteed until caramelized
1 small Head of Cauliflower, blanched (3-4 cups florets)
1 1/2 T Harvest Season seasoning
5-6 C Water (broth or stock is not needed)

instructions:

Prepare beans according to instructions on package, until tender. Puree all ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor.

Substitute Celery for the Cauliflower or Potato for the Mushrooms. Substitute sauteed Leeks for either.
