ingredients:
3 C cooked Onyx
1 C chopped Pecans
1/2 C dried Blueberries
1/2 C chopped Pistachios
or 1 pouch Blue Onyx
1/2 C chopped Scallions
1/2 C coarsely chopped
Flat Leaf Parsley
1/4 C fresh minced Rosemary
1/4 C Olive Oil

instructions:
Prepare Onyx according to directions on package.
To 3 cups warm prepared Onyx, add Pecans, Blueberries, Pistachios, Scallions, Flat Leaf Parsley and Rosemary.
Toss with Olive Oil and add Salt to taste.
Serve Hot or Cold.
