Cherry Reds
ingredients:

3 C cooked Reds
1 C chopped Walnuts
1/2 C dried Cherries
1/2 C dried Pineapple

or 1 pouch Cherry Reds

1/2 C chopped Scallions
1/2 C coarsely chopped
Flat Leaf Parsley
1/4 C fresh Thyme
1/4 C Olive Oil

Heirloom Grain Blend
instructions:

Prepare Reds according to directions on package

To 3 cups warm prepared Reds, add Walnuts, Cherries, Pineapple, Scallions, Flat Leaf Parsley and Thyme.

Toss with Olive Oil and add Salt to taste.

Serve Hot or Cold.
