Greek Grain Toss
ingredients:

2 1/2 C cooked Onyx
1/3 C each Red, Yellow & Orange sweet peppers
    - 1/8” diced
1/2 C sliced pitted Kalamata Olives
1/2 C crumbled Feta cheese
juice from 1 Lemon
1 16oz can Black Beans rinsed and drained
2 C chopped Spinach
1-2 T Olive Oil

Prepare grains according to directions on package.  Allow grains to cool. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate.
