1 lb Pasta prepared al dente,
drained and set aside
2 C Heirloom and Cherry Tomatoes, diced
2-3 T Capers to taste
1/3 C Sliced Kalamata Olives
1 Lemon thinly sliced and seeded
1/4 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1-2 T Fresh Garlic crushed to taste
2 T Lemon Pepper

instructions:
Saute Tomatoes briefly in EVOO in a hot, heavy bottomed pan.
Add remaining ingredients and continue saute to soften lemons.
Liberally grind in Lemon Pepper blend, add Pasta and toss to warm. Serve with freshly Grated Cheese and a squeeze of fresh Lemon Juice.
