3 C cooked bg Jewels or bg Basmati
1/2 C chopped Cashews
1/3 C Yellow Raisins
1/3 C dried Cranberries
1/3 C dried Currants
2 T fresh Thyme
1 t Pure Pink salt

Exotic Rice and Spice Blends
instructions:

Prepare bg Jewels or bg Basmati according to directions on package.

To 3 cups warm prepared bg Jewels or bg Basmati, toss in Cashews, Yellow Raisins, Cranberries, Currants, Thyme and Pure Pink salt.

Add 2 T EVOO if extra moisture is desired.

Serve Hot or Cold.
