instructions:
Begin by shucking the corn and completely removing the silk. Blanch the corn for 3 minutes in boiling water to speed up the grilling process. You can go directly to the grill with raw corn.
Brush corn liberally with EVOO.
Put Spring Season Salt into a flat dish and roll the corn into the spices pressing firmly.
Cover a section of grill set to medium high with Heavy Duty Foil or two layers of regular foil.
Place corn on grill and cover for 2-3 minutes, open and rotate until corn is uniformly golden brown.
