ingredients:
3 C cooked Black Belugas
3 C Cooked Wild Rice
1/4 C fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 5oz jar Sliced Green Olives
1-2 T Lemon Pepper
pinch of Salt or Salt to taste
instructions:
Prepare Black Belugas according to directions on package.
Prepare Wild Rice according to directions on package.
Combine all ingredients in advance, stirring occasionally.
Plate as a pepper or apple stuffing. Put on crusty bread as an appetizer. Serve over greens as a side dish or in a pita as a main course. Serve with freshly ground pepper to taste.
